Inficon CDG020D 小型電容薄膜規(guī)技術(shù)說明
Inficon CDG020 有兩種精度:
CDG020D 精度在1% ，對應(yīng)對貨號為3CA3- 1% Accuracy
CDG020D 精度在0.5% ，對應(yīng)訂貨號為3CA4- 0.5% Accuracy
CDG020D 真空法蘭口，分別為:
DN16 KF
DN16 CF-R
4-VCR male (1/4 VCR male)
4-VCR female (1/4 VCR female)
8-VCR female (1/2 VCR female)
CDG020D 電氣接口有三種：FCC D-Sub 9-pin Binder M12, 8-pin， 三種接口示意圖如下

1. 首先確定所需的精度（Acuurany)，
允許測量精度在1%，選擇3CA3-
要求的測量精度在0.5% ，選擇3CA4-
2. 選擇所需要的量程（Full Scale)
如你要控制系統(tǒng)壓力精度在0.5% 壓力在3mbar， 你應(yīng)當(dāng)選擇Full Scale 在10mbar ， 即 3CA4-96
如你要控制系統(tǒng)壓力精度在0.5% 壓力在950Torr ， 你應(yīng)當(dāng)選擇Full Scale 在1000 Torr ,即3CA4-F5
注意，英福康電容薄膜規(guī)的測量范圍為Full Scale 下去兩個半量程，即選FS 為10mbar，測量范圍為10-0.05mbar
3. 選擇對應(yīng)真空法蘭接口：
1: DN16 ISO- KF
3: DN16CF-R
9: OD 1/2in Tube
C: 1/4in VCR male
D: 1/4 in VCR female
E : 1/2 in VCR female
K: 1.25 C-Seal surface mount
4. 選擇對應(yīng)電氣接口：
0: FCC， 8pin
1: D-Sub, 9 pin
A: Binder , M12 ,8-pin
